There's literally 0 reason not to just kill her at the end :/ you still get the achievement for usurpation whether she's dead or alive after you've collected 8 sigils and her being alive after that has no benefit

This set's Gauntlets, Trousers, and Helmet look sick with the Drang chest piece. It's basically a genderbent version of Yuria's dress.

If I remember correctly, once you marry Anri, you can kill Yuria at your leisure and still get the Lord of Hollows ending. If I'm wrong, you can definitely kill her with no penalty by just not going to NG+ after you get your ending. Or you can summon Londor Pale Shade alongside her for the Soul of Cinder fight, since Londor Pale Shade can basically solo the fight for you and Yuria. Help him out a bit, of course, but his affinity spam tends to keep the aggro on him.

The trouble I went through to keep her alive during the fight with Soul of Cinder! And now, on a new character, I discover that killing her and handing in her ashes also gives you all her stuff. *Deep sigh*.

just remember to aggro the boss if the boss targeted the woman, so she can heal herself. And if you can, dont let her tank the damage

New to the series and i have to say I was so butthurt when I realised killing some old troll guy at the beginning of the game will prevent her from ever spawning I love this armors aesthetic so much but thats darksouls for ya

just did it in NG+ first try, summoned her and shadow of londor, but i took Cinder all the time i could (only backing up to heal), killed him with both of them alive.

For those who think it's too hard to keep her alive, it isn't.
You have two options:
1) Have a player summon to help. Let them know by pointing at Yuria or send a message.
2) You carry most of the fight against Cinder yourself. Not too bad, really. I suspect most people going into this fight don't try and carry the fight. Yuria takes the aggro for you and will heal IF you keep Cinder off of her. If he's getting her on the ropes, you should be charging his back and hammering him with everything you can.
Do that, and it will work out fine.

I tried talking to her and she sad something along he lines of "yo dawg I ain't got no respect for you no mo" and i didnt pay it any mind and now she's gone. Is there any way to find her again or am I going to have to wait for the next play through?

I completed the game and then started a new char, was looking for stats on black set and found there was none so I went and killed her with my first character and she didn't want to hurt me (I feel really bad for attacking her because she was practically heartbroken about me hitting her but it had to be done).

Someone should edit this page. She does NOT drop her set or Darkdrift upon completing the Usurpation of Fire ending and returning to the Firelink Shrine before beginning NG+. This has been confirmed by many players.

Something is wrong here. I just got the lord of hollows ending (NG+), but Yuria is still alive and well in the shrine and acting like nothing happened along with the rest of them.

So, after receiving all the dark sigils, and speaking having Yuria for a few bosses, I finally cleaned my Dark Sigil, and she stuck around. I was able to progress the quest until I accidentally killed the assassin. So I guess If you keep the Dark Sigil for a while, and then cure it it works? I don't know. Need to test it more (with back up saves lol). But I feel like it is possible to cure your dark sigils and still continue the story. There must be a way.

On my first playthrough, I finished Yuria's questline and and summoned her to fight the final boss. After the battle, I chose the dark ending and did not enter NG+, but I noticed that Yuria was gone from Firelink Shrine and where she normally stood was an item drop containing her entire set (including the mask) and Darkdrift, but no ashes, and there was no corpse or other indication that she died. Is this a reward for completing her quest?
