Blue Bug Pellet is a Consumable in Dark Souls 3.

Blue Bug Pellet

Medicinal pellet made from crushed insects. The blue type temporarily boosts magic damage absorption. The Boreal Valley is infested with moon bugs, meaning ingredients are never far from hand for the Irithyllian slaves who concoct this medicine.

Blue Bug Pellet Usage

• 15% boost in magic damage absorption for 120 seconds.

Blue Bug Pellet Locations

• Sold by Shrine Handmaid for 1500 souls. (After giving her Excrement-Covered Ashes)
• 2x at Road of Sacrifices, near where you encounter Orbeck of Vinheim.
• 4x at Irithyll of the Boreal Valley:
  • 2x In the corner of the dark room with the invisible hollows. It is just underneath the entrance staircase (Video).
    This room is reached by heading left from the Church of Yorshka Bonfire, going towards the swamp/dungeons. (Video)
  • 2x In the room further ahead past the elevator shortcut. (Video)
