Jailer Robe is a Chest Armor Piece in Dark Souls 3. It is part of the Jailer Set.




Robe worn by jailers of Irithyll Dungeon. Originall ritualistic formal wear.

The jailers were among the few survivors inhabiting the Profaned Capital, later serving under Pontiff Sulyvahn. Perhaps the screams emanating from the cells help them forget their old home.

Notes and Tips

  • Amazing weight/absorption ratio.
  • Prior to 1.09 Regulation, when the Jailer Robe was worn with the Loincloth, using the Prostration Gesture would show your character's naked butt, it is now patched and no longer worked.

      I love this chestpiece but it makes fast rolls so obnoxious. They cover half of the screen and all I can see is my character's bum. Not recommended to play with loincloth if your character is male.

        Very good stats for the weight. Carried my sorcerer through rest of the game with just the 7 base vitality with ~65% equip load for normal rolls.

          Is my game broken ? I have the crystal sage rapier in offhand, covetous gold serpent ring and the symbol of avarice equipped (giving me a total of 310 item disovery) and yet nothing drops from jailers

            this thing is great for fashion souls, im a lightning caster with the jailers robe, drang gloves, leonhards garb and hat, and i look hella cool

                  For me the drop rate was substantially lower for the robe than any other set piece. I got 5 leggings, gloves, and masks from farming before I got a Robe. Could be coincidence though.

                    Is dropped by those jailers in the dungeons with the scolding iron weapons. It seems to be rare (...ish -- dropped on first run without farming; nothing on second, despite farming for it).
