The Giga Chad Commander's Standard, I really love this Weapon (both actively using as one or a offhand buffing tool) and i'm sad the Commander's Standard in Elden Ring is a really crappy version of this one... Sure it's stronger but 30 seconds is pretty meh for a 20%/25% boost when Golden Vow (AoW) in ER already lasts 40 seconds... Also the Commander's Standard is HORRIBLY slow, making it difficult to use in most senarios and can't get any form of weapon buffs/ infusions like the Lothric Banner.... LWB was just better in every way.

Not sure if its a bug or what, but using this buff when fighting abyss watchers causes them to be very aggressive and only do rolling attacks

An enemy knight has one and if you use rapport on them you can get the enemy version of the buff similar to the secret/sacred oath thing i said before.

I was looking at infusing this and it appears that dark and chaos +10 have an A in both Intelligence and Faith and a C in both Dexterity and Strength. Not sure if I'm making some strange mistake or if the wiki wasn't updated.

I know that unequipping the weapon gets rid of the buff, but does the buff to allies also disappear once you unequip the weapon?

I use it in my offhand as a pyromancer, dark infusion. The damage from chaos bed vestiges is ludicrous, and the weapon is a good backup in a pinch.

Infuse it with chaos (might work with fire), teleport to the dancer boss bonfire and activate the WA before walking around the arena. Don't know about anyone else but this is now one of my favourite weapons just for this little interaction.

WA works only while equipped in active hand. If You 2-hand RH weapon while having this in off hand, the buff will go off. Tested on latest patch. Dunno if bug or intentional.

Should I go blessed or lightning infusion for this? I already have a main weapon for buffs but this is gonna be my backup, and since it self buffs I want to try a faith infusion. I’m at 60 fth btw, and don’t know if it’s wa affects multiple dmg types

Used this WA with power within and got 1209 AR on Dark LKGS +10 one-handed with 66/60/60/60. If you have a friend that could the banner while you two-hand the LKGS, you could squeeze out a bit more.

"Lothric's pile of*****" - that's it's original title of this weapon. To buff your party members for 15% dmg increase? ***** that. Each can use pine resin and get better damage output with that. Absolutely worthless garbage.

What do Gwyndolin and Lothric have in common with Griffith, other than being feminine, white-haired guys? I know Dark Souls takes inspiration from Berserk, but this is a bit much.

I just did Abyss Watchers with the buff on. It made them spam their rolling attack endlessly. It was a nightmare. Don't try it!

Buff last about 120 seconds and costs 35 FP. A simple infused shield regenerates 0.35 FP per second. So as long as you have 35 max FP ( Warrior has the lowest Att at 6 and he have 72 FP ), and a simple infused something in your offhand, you can buff your allies and yourself for ever. With this buff its the highest damaging spear which makes it the best spear in the game.

Also, the Weapon Art buff and any miracle/sorcery/pyromancy/resin buffs will not stack with the weapon art. One or the other will disappear depending on the order you applied them.

You should mention that the Weapon Art buff only lasts 2 minutes if you keep it equipped. I unequipped it three times and every time the buff went away in about 3-5 seconds.

Seems like the NPCs (flame witch in dreg heap, any npc invader) sees WA of this spear like a periodic attack or a charging spell, and start to roll constantly, trying to dodge this effect. happened a few times, need confirmation from others

It became my most favourite weapon. decent reach, with 90 inteligence on sorcery build and crystal gem even quite decent dmg. buff is insane with sorceries, and 2 handed thrust consumes very little stamina. i was probably the biggest noob in pvp, and i can proudly said this baby helped me to become a force to be reckoned with.... i love it

This has become my favourite weapon on my faith build. At 60 fth Blessed actually out damages Lightning barring any weaknesses and the weapon buff makes it great for jolly cooperation as well. Combined with the two other buffs this thing does insane damage and Spears are great for roll catching invaders too

If you can bear a 1h moveset, equip it in your offhand, use buff and fight with your mainhand. The mainhand can even be buffed with bundles/resins, leading to really nice dmg. Just make sure not to 2h your main weapon
