At most I've been hit with the weapon four times in a row. After I get caught with another R1 set I stop playing like a dumb***. (Even though admittedly I shouldn't have been caught by anything but the first two r1s)

Thing has the same stun value as a greatsword while being the speed of a straight sword and having the hyperarmor of a hammer. R1, walk forward for a millisecond, R1, repeat, if your opponent is not super latent, this will reliably rollcatch them, either until they die or until they get the message that spamming B is not getting them anywhere. Another fun thing is that since this weapon has greatsword stun, it combos into effectively anything. Have this in your offhand and the Dragonslayer Greataxe in your main hand and go bonk, axe, bonk, axe, bonk, axe. Weapon is also an epic counter against curved swords, straight swords, non-quickstep daggers, axes and effectively anything that has lower hyperarmor than you (except for spears due to their range, even tho you can definitely make it work)

Wood is good, but metal has mettle. Of course, your fellow cavemen will scoff at the modernity of your bonking device, but do not listen to them. This is strength version of the LKS and in fact it might be even better because nobody expects to be roll caught and stunlocked to death by a tiny bonk stick.

This thing seems nice for SL1 runs, with the strike damage and bleed build-up. You'd have to two-hand it without the Knight Ring, but I could see myself using it with the Grass Crest Shield on my back. The fact you can get both right after Vordt is icing.

This is actually a hard counter to the PKCS. If you play like them by staying aggressive you’ll simply poise through their attacks and throw them off completely. Kind of cool to think that such a standard weapon can hold it’s own and contend with the most infamous meta weapon out there.

This little thing is a f u c k i n g monster. I loved it so much I spent a slab on it.

Great side arm and has surprisingly good stagger on a lot of enemies even into end game.

I couldn’t wrap my head around this thing stunlocking the giant man serpents of Archdragon Peak. First two R1s stagger followed by the next two during the stagger which stagger AGAIN.

At 12 STR and 40 DEX you get 386 AR if Sharp Infused, which is nice. Its on pair with Spiked Mace, since both can be effectively used by DEX guys to get some Strike damage if needed against heavy armored mobs.

Actually good strength weapon. It poise breaks the same as any other 'Hammer' weapon, with a faster moveset with low stamina use, gets an A when Heavy Infused (An A in dex when sharp too, but who would level dex with a club), inflicts bleed, and is also very light. Weapon art R2 builds bleed with four hits. Biggest problems are the range, and lack of moveset variety

This weapon is badass for a SL1 playthrough, even if you don't plan on using it very long. Makes the fight to Champion Gundyr and Priestess Ring very easy, then of course you should equip Astora's Straight Sword and upgrade it to max ASAP.

Apply some carthus rouge, use weapon art and use r2. get a decent amount of bleed build up.

I saw the picture of the weapon and imagined as a bigger weapon. Equipped it and saw how pathetic the range is (I use a lot of great weapons). This weapon is pretty good despite the dumb appearence
