This is a player-created Build for Dark souls 3 by Skripach, based on quality and buffs.

• Build Name: Mirrah Weapon Master
• Build Level: 120+
• Build Focus: PvP, but PvE available
• Build Main Stat: quality (Strength-Dexterity) + Faith

Stats:

• Vigor: 30-45
• Attunement: 10 (for 2 main buffs) - 14,18,24,30 (for additional)
• Endurance: 30-40 (soft cup)
• Vitality: 15 
• Strength: 40 - 60
• Dexterity: 40 - 60
• Intelligence: any
• Faith: 30-60
• Luck: any

Build Equipment

Fashion souls

• Head: Silver Mask or Lucatiel Mask or Pharis's Hat
• Chest: Mirrah Vest
• Hands: Mirrah Gloves or other leather
• Legs: Faraam Boots or Mirrah Trousers

Weapons

• Right Hand: Refined Estoc +10 or Refined Exile Greatsword +10 or Refined Gotthard Twinswords +10

Also works well with most of Ultra Greatswords and Curved Greatswords, other nice scaling weapons.

• Left Hand 1: Cleric`s Sacred Chime or Yorshka`s Chime (if 50+ Faith)
• Left Hand 2: Grass Crest Sheild (stamina regen and normal parry) or Buckler (long parry) or Parrying Dagger (long parry) or Caestus (parry spam). Dont forget about SIMPLE infuse on each of that (hidden weapon art spam).

Rings:

• Chloranthy Ring (stamina regen)
• Darkmoon Ring (+2 attunement slots)
• Hornet Ring (+30% crit dmg) 
• Leo ring (+ counter attack dmg) for Estoc and Gotthard Twinswotds or Havel`s Ring (+max equip load) for Exile Greatsword

In addition, you can change any ring (expect Havel`s Ring with GS and Darkmoon ring if you dont expand attunemett slosts) for Lingering Dragoncrest Ring to prolong your buffs or Ring of Favor to some stat boost.

Main buffs:

• Lighting Blade or Darkmoon Blade or Dark Blade (I chose Darkmoon)
• Sacred Oath 

 Also you can take:

• Deep Protection (1 attunement slot)
• Magic Barrier (1 attunement slot) or Great Magic Barrier (2 attunement slots) or Tears of Denai (1 attunement slot)
• Heal spells for PvE
• Dmg miracle spells if lvl up faith to 50-60

Build Strategy

1) Use all your buffs with Ashen Estus Flask help.

2) Try criticals with your OP ring.

3.1) With Estoc - spam R1 to GIT GUT.

3.2) With Exile Greatsword - say something about oponent`s mother and use R1+3 dat spins ONESHOT COMBO.

3.3) With Gotthard Twinswords - fishing for R1+weapon art ONESHOT, no one can parry your L1, abuse roll attack.
