• Right Hand: Hollow Infused Grave Warden Twinblades
• Left Hand: Dual Wield the Twinblades, Any Infusion Iron Round Shield, Talisman
• Head: Any
• Chest: Any
• Hands: Any
• Legs: Any
• Rings: Ring of Favor, Ring of Steel Protection, Prisoner's Chain, Chloranthy Ring
• Items: Carthus Rouge

 For the armor I personally like how the ringed knight armor looks plus the worker hat, but any armor works as long as you can fast roll.

Build Strategy

How to play this build: 

A nice bit of spamming to guarantee bleed, so L1 and R1 are probably the safest way to play. This in't a great build for parry kings because rather than trying to deal massive damage through one or two crits, the best way to deal damage is through multiple bleed procs which, in turn requires multiple hits.
