Dancer's Set is an Armor in Dark Souls 3.
Armor worn by the Dancer of the Boreal Valley.
The mirage-like aurora veil is said to be an article of the old gods, permitted only for direct descendants of the old royal family.
The black eyes of the Pontiff eventually transformed the Dancer into a beastly creature, her gauntlets fusing with her own hide.
Location/Where to Find
- Buy from the Shrine Handmaid for 31000 souls after defeating the Dancer of the Boreal Valley
Notes and Tips
- Quite possibly the armor with the highest poise/weight ratio.

Gorgeous and decent defense for the weight. A go-to for low vit characters. Trivia about poise:weight ratio is hilariously false, that honor goes to the Armor of Favor. I like to get an early dancer kill and then pick up this set to cruise through most or all of the game with.

This + friedes great scythe is my new favorite fashionsouls. First it was fallen knight + great scythe, then it was leonhards set + great scythe. Now it's this masterpiece

really good looking set it just costs some effort as the dancer is one of the hardest bosses in the game

"Quite possibly the armor with the highest poise/weight ratio."
Nah. Maybe in its specific weight class, but 13.5/16.9 = 0.80.
Black Leather: 1.00
Black Iron: 1.07
Fire Witch: 0.85
Archdeacon: 0.87
Evangelist: 0.84
Eastern Armor: 0.94
Dark: 0.9
I'm probably missing some, I didn't check systematically. What Dancer's Set does have is very good physical defense for its weight.

I'm honestly baffled by you guys' low standards for what constitutes thiccness

Lets dance till the morning, sweet dancer... Sexy set! Reminds me of Anri's armor.

Use hacks to make my character a thicc girl. Let her wear this armor. Now I got wank to my thicc dancer waifu.

If only Golden Crest Shield had blue color instead of green (the description says blue lmao)

Probably the WORST curse resistance available from any full set in the entire game. Let me know if there are worse ones for other entire sets.

A must-have for any female character since you'll be staring at that ass 90% of the time ;)

I just discovered something awesome. Ive always loved the look of this set but its just not for male characters. If you want a masculine version this set, keep the Dancer helmet, but trade out the chest for the Outrider Knight chest, and put on the Silver Knight arms and legs. It fixes the slender features of the traditional Dancer set but still looks very faithful to the design. Give it a try. The Iryhtill weapons and any blue shield are icing on the cake, if you like using them.

The one part I can’t stand about this armor set is the leggings, they just look way too thin to me, especially the ankles, and damn it’s hard to find a good replacement
- Anonymous
the description describes her gauntlets fusing with her hide. I assume they mean her entire armor with gauntlets, or just specifically her gauntlets fused for some reason. the latter is more entertaining, so I´ll go with that

Notes are wrong: poise/weight is terrible. defence/weight looks really good though...

Dancer kicked my arse repeatedly and was the first boss to actually make me learn the game. I had cheesed all the bosses up to that point (CRGW, Sage, Vordt, Yhorm, Pontiff, Aldrich, the two Demons, etc) but I got beaten down, hard, again and again, until I learned to time rolls properly and to dance with the Dancer.
I now wear her armour all the time, as a mark of respect to an enemy I savoured the death of and whose legacy many now feel as Dancing has become a way of life.

Bought the leggins for my female character, but her butt doesn´t look as sexy as the dancer's

The description says that the Dancer has a hide/fur...
Kinda scary...

The armor people. The armor. It's pure Fashion Souls gold. The rest is debatable but with this armor you can do wonders believe me.

Just casually browsing, and found this, gorgeous at the least, I've never played Dark Souls, but this armour is stunning.

With this set including the twinblades and without the dancer's crown. Any player can turn into phantom assassin from Dota 2. Oh you need the invisible rolling ring too just to add the badassness.Phantom Assassin, now you see her, now she's split you open like a ripe vineapple.

The Helm/Crown in particular is bad ass. It gives this cool translucent cloak that complements almost any FS set.

Truly, the most relevant piece of information on this wiki.We all know how invaluable poise is.

Does it matter when I do the boss fight? I'm new to dark souls and I saw this armor set on google and I want to get it.

So, where I can get this? As a drop from Dancer of a Valley or not?

quite decent armor all around, with lore typical weakness to crush and fire resistance, but comparatively high resistance to frostbite. Otherwise no known remarkable features or special effects asside from its absolutely stunning design.
This armor set is SO COOL. I literally have this page bookmarked so I know how to get it upon release.
this armor gives your character a gyat ngl
