Drifter is an Enemy that will appear in Dark Souls 3. It appears to float in water with long hair extending out from along its body.
Location: Irithyll of Boreal Valley
Stats:
Health: ~400
Souls: NG (750), NG+ (???)
Drops: Budding Green Bossom (is this a special Form of the Green Bossom?),
...is its face, or rather, lack thereof. The entire creature seems to be made up of the flayed skin of a woman, with its head being either raw scalp, or having the face sliced clean off (kinda like depicted in some of the fatalities from Mortal Kombat X). Either way, it's creepy as all *****.
