I think this is the best overall armor set in the game. Excellent resistances along with great defense. I prefer to use the Executioner chest piece because it's got a little higher defense, but I could go either way. I think this is the best set in the game (including all dlc) and one of the few sets that really made me consider early investments in vitality.

The stats for this set are all wrong, all of the pieces have higher defenses and poise across the board and are also lighter than what is listed here.

Getting this armor is really easy: just run past these guys and go to the ladder that leads down to farron keep, wait midway the ladder and see + laugh because these guys just fall to their death.

From what I can tell this has the highest bleed resist of any armor set in the game. If you want a lighterset Eastener Set is probably third best after Gundyr's set.

Did a Watchdog of Farron cosplay with a friend in the swamp. Apart from invaders not being able to recognize I was the host, the armor and weapons are actually really good. Takes 33-37 VIT to wear this (using havel's and ring of favor) but I was able to take more than a couple R1's from Yhorm's great machete and shrug it off.

Not sure if the guy's build was just bad, but I have no issues with this armor. Looks good and performed well imo.

This page is wrong. You have to turn in the Dreamchaser's Ashes to the Handmaid in order for her to sell the set. The ashes are found by the Old Wolf of Farron bonfire, up the tall ladder in the swamp. Go around the ledge outside and hit the illusory wall near the crystal lizard.I hope someone fixes the page soon.

The fluffy collar and cape, rustic look, and big body its a great armor set for like...a big husky northern warrior type of character.

If you want to be a tank with decent magic and fire resist , this armor is definitely for you. Using this armor really helps you out for the long run. The only problem is that the mask isn't the best choice for armor. I recommend replacing the mask with something else (for example , I used the executioner helmet). This armor is amazing.

you have to kill both of the dudes that are wearing the set near Farron Keep. Once you kill them the set is unlocked at the vendor

Great defense resistance stats, it has one of the highest's poise stat in the game and not too heavy compared to Havel's Set or Smough's Set
