The description is definitely suggesting that the knight soiled themselves, since it's only present on the leg armour.

So as people have noticed, they are potentially soiled as a result of the knight shitting himself in terror. But the question is, what is meant by "the misery of flight?" Most would say this is figurative, but I would suggest a far more literal interpretation. Because you see, there is in fact an enemy that can grant you the power of flight in Farron swamp... The stray demon, who throws you to your death. So yeah, shitting yourself in fear while being thrown off a bridge to die upon impact. What a way to go

ugh... I hope the "misery of flight" is referring to mud from the swamp, and if not... then it is a good thing our undead has proper underwear this time around, or I'd never let them wear this stuff. xP

"Stained by the misery of flight" isn't even that bad. Have you ever read the description of Karla's set?

            • Anonymous

Weird that it would make less sound while walking. You'd think people could hear the *SQUICK SQUICK SQUICK* noises from across the map.

                Poopy pant ecks dee

Sorry to the guys who are in denial, but grab the nearby nameless knight set if you want pvp credibility without getting hated on

"Stained by the misery of flight", eh? You mean the last casul who wore them pissed himself when he saw an actual good player?

                  • Anonymous

you people are completely taking out of context the stained part. Stained does not = soiled, and look where it is found the great swamp extreamly wet and dirty place ie the knight fled combat and the armor was stained with the muck and grime of him trying to get as he fled.

                    • Anonymous

                      Fun fact:
The Fallen Knight Trousers use an altered version of the Knight Leggings, albeit with the greaves and sabatons removed, plus a tweaked texture and slightly widened model.

                      • In case your wondering about the part that says "they are dampened and indelibly stained with the misery of flight" it means that who ever wore this either peed or pooped himself while wearing it... just a fun fact
