...am I really one of the only people who think that the chestpiece looks fucking great, even without a cape variant? The helmet is a little goofy, and the gauntlets and leggings are sorta generic (but still look good), but that chestpiece I think just looks sexy as hell.

I got everything in the first run i thought i found the Armor-Set somewhere.

All I can got is the boots. Enemies just won't loot anything else after more than 10 pièces of set dropped by them :v

May the next patch please add the cape to the Follower Armour, it would be neat to have that added.

Very efficient armour for its weight, especially the chestpiece! Chest also goes well visually with Northern pants, which is another very efficient armour piece.

For those who didn't get it: Followers are mimicking the Abyss Watchers with their cone-line helmets.
Probably this is the first lore reveal that this DLC throws to you: before i thought that Abyss Watchers were nothing but Abyss Watchers themselves, but apparently their military structure was slightly more advanced with addition of Followers who were basically lesser warrior whoes job was to hunt and kill those of the Abyss Watchers who would get corrupted by the abyss.
Find. Swarm and Surround. Finish with simultaneous javelin throw.

Put on all your luck gear + rusted coins and farm the followers near the first bonfire. I received the full set after only a few runs.

Followers set is a very rare drop from those farron knights.
I had received pieces from the ones just after the Snowy pass bonfire just after the corvian village.
