Notes
- Great Heavy Soul Arrow inflicts (Spell Buff x 2.425) magic damage before resistances.
- Its slow cast speed makes it best used for luring enemies in and killing foes before they can reach you.
- This spell is an upgrade to Heavy Soul Arrow.

Use Soul Spear instead. Take a bit more FP but it's a bit more powerful and faster.

Why did they make this do almost the same damage as Soul Spear? Did they not test this? There's no point in using Soul Spear over this for the most part.

Based on the numbers I've pulled up via soulsplanner, taking into account FP cost per cast, at 60 INT/30 ATT with the Court Sorcerer staff the Heavy Soul Arrow trumps Great Heavy Soul Arrow for damage efficiency, doing 10845 damage per FP bar compared to 9602.9 damage per FP bar from Great Heavy Soul Arrow. This is before defenses are taken into account however which may (though I doubt it) have an effect, but I have to call into question at this point the validity of Great Heavy Soul Arrow being the superior of the two based on the numbers I'm getting (FP total/Spell Cost/Spell "AR")

At 60 int this one can take out prince, dragons layer armor in about 7 casts

Is this spell affected by all the possible magic damage buff item, such as the crown, rings and the scholar thing ? (gonna ask the same question about a few other spell if it has not already been asked)

2 or 3 of these and Sulyvahn beasts staggers, a useful trick for sorcerers
