Loincloth is a Legging in Dark Souls 3. There are two versions of this item, one of them was added with The Ringed City DLC.
Terribly worn waistcloth.
The deprived only manage to rummage just enough cloth to protect their vital parts.
Undergarments combined with an overlayer, the former never intended for public display.
Indeed, all manner of things are bound to accrue at world's end.
Location/Where to Find
- Base Game: Starting equipment for the Deprived.
- Base Game: Looted from a corpse next to the statue of Velka at Undead Settlement after using the Grave Key near the rats in the sewer. (Watch the Item Location Video Guide)
- DLC The Ringed City: Located in the dry land surrounded by poisonous ticks in the swamp area after Earthen Peak Ruins bonfire. This loincloth has an alternative look to it.
Notes and Tips
- Has surprisingly good curse resistance.
- This loincloth is much closer to the no-pants look of Dark Souls 1 than the default white underpants. It was also featured in Dark Souls 2 as part of the Prisoner's Set.

This goes well with Old Sage's blindfold or the Thrall Hood. Also, if you want to wear the Master's set but don't want those ugly pants, then put this on for the leg piece.
