Master's Set is an Armor in Dark Souls 3.
A terribly worn shirt/manchettes.
Men are fond of weaving tales to explain the raggedness of their garb.
My sixth sense warned me of danger, and I danced between flurries of blades unscathed, but alas, my clothes went to tatters.
Location/Where to Find
- Dropped by Sword Master, who is in Firelink Shrine to the left of the main entrance.
Notes and Tips
- Featured first in Dark Souls Ⅱ as part of most of the Prisoner's Set, along with the Ragged Mask and Loincloth.
- Really has no redeemable qualities aside from being the lightest armor set.
- If you trade piece of this set to Shrine Handmaid she will give you only 10 souls for this. Interestingly, despite its back story (and invader NPC and important phantom) it's got one of the worst prices for single armor piece, worse being only e.g. Loincloth, which Handmaid buys for 5 souls.

Great for fast rolling with little vitality investment. Your damage resist is trash but it can be easily negated with the ring of steel protection.

Hehe, I call him a weebo everytime. "This is a weebo in the back, we can kill and loot his uchigatana"

I love this set. On a deprived with sellsword curved swords and you're fast rolling with base vitality.

Seriously, sometimes i question this website as a wiki. -_-

How effective is the Ring of Steel Protection+3 when wearing this set (Including the Ragged Mask, and Loincloth) and the ring in PvP? Is it even worth it?
the prisoner's set link was to a wiki that didn't exist, so I fixed it

Shouldn't the Ragged Mask and Loincloth be considered a part of this set too? That's how it was in Dark Souls II.

I honest to god use this set just because it's so light and moderately better than being naked. It also allows me to use the Claymore or Bastard Sword and have the quickest/farthest dodge with pretty low vitality.

So I've heard rummors that this set increases Item Discovery and decreases the ammount of Damage that would normally be recieved.
I don't believe it does eitherof these things. It's just one of those gag items like Calamity Ring and the Broken Straight Sword.
It exists so that when somebody has little man syndrome and needs to prove something they can use it. Or how they like to put it: "To get a bigger challenge"

I'm almost done doing a Master's Attire + Loincloth + Ragged Mask run. It's been difficult as hell but fun ^^.

does this set still increase item discovery or did they remove it in ds3

Both loincloth and rugged mask are present in this game. I think they are all part of one set and it should be stated so.

Just look at them. They are clearly part of the same set :)I rock this stuff 90% of the time. 29% rolls are incredibly fast/long!
