Millwood Set is an Armor in Dark Souls 3. It is part of the Ashes of Ariandel DLC.
Armor worn by knights of Millwood. The charbronze breastplate and the thick black cape are adorned with the symbol of the Ethereal Oak.
When the fabled Millwood forest was discovered it was a vacant ruin. The only thing left was the Ethereal Oak, stood rotting. No corpses were discovered, yet their belongings lay neatly on the ground.

10/10 best armor set in the game, equal to Creightons’ set and a handful of others. Personally I find it strange that other people dislike the helmet, because why even wear a Viking armor without a Viking helmet? All you need to do is grow a grey old beard and problem’ solved.

This and the Outrider set are the best armor to use for Friede, in case you're a scrub like me who gets mulched by her

This is literally Benhart's set. From DS2's BASE game no dlc needed.

You telling me these lads came to Ariandel naked?

Man I just like the way this chestpiece looks ;-; please don't crucify me I'm doing watchdog of farron work and giving Warmth to strangers
A top class set, particularly for when you CAN get it - which is before the first lord of cinder if you’re determined. Recommended, particularly if you’re a mad bastard trying to get past Friede early.

Slap on the northern helm if you don't like this set's helm like me

Folks, if you wanna KILL that fashion, Millwood chest + Havel gloves + Black Iron pants + Executioner helm.
Looks fab as **** and still protects very well. Combine with SSPR +1, ROSP +3, Chloranthy +3, and you're gonna have a good time.
Enjoy!

Millwood Chest & Hands + Nameless Knight legs + Cathedral Knight Greathelm = Winter Crusader

This set goes extremely well in Fashion Souls with a goodly number of other various armor pieces. One that comes to mind and sticks there is the millwood knight armor + black knight leggings.

I have to say: (sorry) This whole set is very very fudging weak for its weight - take the black iron set for example - almost the same weight (even lighter) and better poise and resistances. Only difference: this set looks badass! But I don't like the antlers on the helmet. Would be perfect without it (black with this almost golden highlights) Woul be perfect and fit with a lot of other sets.

I really wish we could get the Millwood Captain set. (The one wielding the Earth Seeker down in the giant tree pit.) He's just like the regular Millwood Knights but he doesn't have deer antlers on his helmet, they're *****ing full-sized moose antlers.

For some reason i felt like wearing the chestpeice on a darkeater midir cosplay lol

Does this set remind anyone else of the "King's Set" in Dark Souls 2?

Try the armor with Morne's gauntlets and leggings and Drakeblood helm: I love it!
Anyone willing to trade their set? Message me on xbone at "Anri of Astorra"

The chest piece kind of looks like the clothes Aragorn wears in the first LOTR movies

I really want this set and I'd get it myself but I don't have the DLC (at least not yet) and my friends won't give it to me no matter what I offer them. If you have this set on PS4 but never use it I'll gladly make it worth your while (as long as it's within reason). My PSN is dragonluke01 send me a message and we can work something out.

Ya this helmet would be 150% more badass if it was full visored and not a lame open face

Looks even more awesom when you have full set but with Creighton's helm instead, especially when rocking dragon slayer axe and Oak Shield for a better Viking/ Saxon vibe

When I saw the helmet with the antlers, it reminded me of The Knights Who Say Ni

As a Bloodborne veteran, I wrongfully came when I misread it as "Milkweed Set".

This set seems to be on par with Morne's Set and the Black Iron set in terms of weight and defenses. However, it has a noticeably high poise stat which surpasses even Havel's set.
I use Black Iron leggings/gauntlets for a cleaner look and higher absorption. Leonhard's trousers & Slave Knight gauntlets are perfect, in case you aren't a vitality addict.
