Prisoner Chief's Ashes Usage
- Give to the Shrine Maiden to prepare new items for sale.
- Unlocks Rime-Blue Moss Clump, Pale Pine Resin, and Karla's Set .
Prisoner Chief's Locations
- Requires Jailer's Key Ring
- From the initial bonfire of Irithyll Dungeon, follow the initial path and keep right until you come to a set of stairs leading into a small open room with a Jailer and two hollow cage enemies.

Got the key, too lazy to go and open the prison cell to get the ashes, lame stuff I'll probably never buy. If it gave Titanite Chunks in the shop it would be a whole different story. ;)
