There are 49 tattoos players may choose to apply to their characters' face when making a new character. They are purely aesthetic and do not provide any gameplay changes.

Beware, if you use a tattoo, its positioning might change. It seems axis are temperamental; could be a resolution thing? Regardless, at the moment, it seems best to avoid using them... :/
