Where to Find Thunder Stoneplate Ring
- Archdragon Peak: From the Dragon-Kin Mausoleum bonfire, proceed upstairs towards the gatehouse and go right. Proceed downstairs and and through the passage with arches and an outside view. In the room at the end, head right to an area with two square pillars and wooden scaffolding. Behind the right pillar there's a ladder that leads up to the ring.
- +1 Version (NG+) Can be found in the area where there are many pots in Catacombs of Carthus shortly after the first Skeleton Ball()
- +2 Version (NG++) Lothric Castle: Enter the room near to the Dragonslayer Armour boss fog and there will be an exit to the left that leads to a balcony. To the right is the Red Tearstone ring, to the left is a hole in the rail. Drop down to the rooftop below and head right. The ring will be at the far end of the roof on the right. () (video location)
Notes
- Useful to fight against lightning enemies, like the Nameless King and Dragonslayer Armour.
- In PVP, it can absorb a lot of damage from Faith builds, as most offensive miracles deal Lighting damage and they probably run either a Lothric Knight Greatsword or Lightning infused weaponry.
If you want to know a fun way to lower Lightning restisance. Use dragonform, Carthus bloodring, calamity ring, and Iron Flesh. Lightning absorption gets as low as -399! WOAH...

Wear this, steel protection, favor, and chloranthy rings, along with spirit tree crest shield, and you shall dominate the Nameless King.

is located at the dragon shrine. From the first bonfire at the first point where you meet a summoner, go upstairs then to the right down the stairs to the end of the hallway, then to the right onto woden planks, there look for a leader up the wall, ontop there is a corpse with the ring.
I would've used this to negate the downside of dragon form in PvP but FromSoft hates having fun. Dragon from even looked better in Dark Souls 1 lol.
