Armor Type Chest Armor

Master's Attire is a Chest Armor in Dark Souls 3. It is part of the Master's Set.

A terribly worn shirt.

Men are fond of weaving tales to explain the raggedness of their garb.

"My sixth sense warned me of danger, and I danced between flurries of blades, unscathed, but alas, my clothes went to tatters."

Location/Where to Find

Notes and Tips

  • Shares the same model as the shorter and thinner Prisoner's Tatters from Dark Souls Ⅱ.
  • This is the only Item set in Dark Souls III whose description includes a quote.  The quote itself may be a reference to an actual quote from Japanese history or culture, but due to the nature of translation, determining this would require either the japanese version and a student of japanese history, or the Fromsoft Employee that came up with the concept.

I knocked this turkey off the cliff and when he died I didn't get the garb or the sword. Anyway to get it now that he's dead?

      • Great item description. I like reading about items and finding intentional humor in them as opposed to scouring them for "srs bsns" lore and crap. Also this is pretty much the Prisoner's Tatters from Dark Souls 2 isn't it? Same design and all...
