Lost sorcery from Oolacile, land of ancient golden sorceries. Turns right weapon invisible.

The weapon itself undergoes no inherent changes. Effective use of this, like any tool, perhaps, is reliant upon the ingenuity of its caster.

Notes

  • This turns the right-hand weapon fully invisible, which can be useful for disguising what you're wielding in PVP. However, a bundle or spell will typically be more useful.
  • Counts as a weapon buff, so it will cancel Pines Resins or any other weapon buffs
  • Lasts 45 seconds.

So since this doesnt add any damage, has anyone seen whether it can be used on weapons classified as "nonbuffable"?

Tried it once on a invasion and god does it shine. Since they can't see the spear i'm holding i can always squeeze in a few ranged hits before i have to reapply the effect. Very nice spell.

Great with charge WA weapons (not astora GS because of hand placement). It's really funny. Especially with the plow's bellyflop

I'm thinking of using this to recreate the bone fist (sort of). Rember the uppercut that sent people flying? I rember.
Anyway, equip a stomp greatsword (I'm going for the Bastard sword for shorter range and weight) in the main hand, caestus or demon's fist in offhand with a staff behind it. Cast hidden weapon on the bastard sword, and two-hand your fists. When you want to smash, switch to the BS, but only use it for the weapon art.

Man i wish you could use this on the storm ruler...

And then use the weapon arts to engulf it with wind

And make it look like Excalibur from fate series's

With it's low INT requirement of 12, it's worth it to put those points in just to use this spell. If you apply it before encountering the host/invader in PvP, you can really take them by surprise with weapons that have longer ranges such as the Greatlance or Washing Pole. Using this spell with a whip is even more fun.

Okay maybe not for experienced players, but for the most part, put this on a large weapon and it's harder to watching timing for dodging as well as range. I'm a middle range skill player, but I absolutely destroy with this and spiked mace

You can do both "Magic weapon enchant" & "Hidden weapon"It hide the weapon but you see the blue aura around the weapon floating in air. Kinda sweat but useless.

Does not work on fire infused rapier, possibly other fire infused weapons. Does not work on Farron Greatsword, possibly because of unique 2h wielding.
