Honestly a pushover. Heavy Cathedral Knight gs +7, Grass Crest Shield +3, and the Undead Legion set. Havel's ring, Sun Princess ring, and Pontiff's Right Eye. 29 Vigor, 30 End, 30 Strength. 2 hand the sword and stay close. Dodge into her attacks and use charged R2 as much as possible. Get distance to heal and immediately close the gap. Beat it in 1 minute flat.

Just a question, is the Dancer's soul or Soul of the Dancer the actual item? There's two pages.
