Creighton's Steel Mask is a Helm in Dark Souls 3. It is part of the Mirrah Chain Set.
Attire of Creighton the Wanderer, a notorious deserter who fled an order of Mirrah Knights.
Despite the mask's being a symbol of a criminal sentenced to death, Creighton never removed it.
Location/Where to Find
- On the Irithyll of the Boreal Valley bridge into the city after being invaded by Creighton the Wanderer outside the Church of Yorshka bonfire. (he will only invade if you beat him with Sirris of the Sunless Realms in her quest)

Something that no one ( I think ) has mentioned is that this helmet actually looks quite a bit like the enclosed helmet ( Early crusader helm, basically ), only with a slightly better top part ( Better because a curved top is better at deflecting blows, rather than the original enclosed helm which only absorbs blows ). Possible that it could be inspired by it? I mean, we already know that FromSoft likes taking inspiration from real historical armor, so it's not impossible.

It was on a corpse on the irithyll bridge. Don't know when it showed up exactly, but I was going through and there it was on a new corpse in the middle of the bridge

His Armor is located, when you defeated him on the brigde in Ithrill after summoned for Sirris questline on this brigde!

For those noting it looks like it was inspired by historical helms, that's because it probably was. This was originally designed as a normal helmet in Dark Souls 2 rather than as a penal mask, which was a retcon introduced by Dark Souls 3
