Undead Legion Leggings are Leg Armor in Dark Souls 3. It is part of the Undead Legion Set.

Attire of the Abyss Watchers, the Undead Legion of Farron. The iron kneecaps originated from their sword techniques. These undead warriors vowed to partake of wolf blood. They acted in the dark, seeking out any sign of the Abyss, fighting a constant war with its abominations.

Location/Where to Find

Buy from Shrine Handmaid in Firelink Shrine for 7000 souls after defeating the Abyss Watchers.
