Smough's Helm is a Helm in Dark Souls 3. It is part of the Smough's Set.
Grotesque armor associated with Smough, the last knight to stand in defense of the ruined cathedral.
Boasts extremely high defense and can be donned by humans, but not without great difficulty.
Location/Where to Find
- Buy from Shrine Handmaid in Firelink Shrine for 7000 souls after defeating Aldrich, the Devourer of Gods.

I figured out that you (and Smough) actually see out of the masks neck where the eye decals are and now I can never look at Smough the same ever again

Found a wierd bug with this item if you post a message with a gesture instead of having smough's helm you will instead have cateina helm for your message ghost.
