Status Icons in Dark Souls 3 are icons displayed on the HUD, beneath the stamina bar, when various effects are active. The following is a list of the icons, with an explanation of the effects and the items that causes them. If you have ever wondered what the images below your bar represent, this page has the answer.

...not sure if the comment has been made, but my Wolf Knight's Greatshield boosts ALL resistances, giving it the resistance boost icon...

I had a "Defense Up" buff with a warm glow to my character immediately after beating Nameless King and I wasn't using any of the items/spells that normally give said buff. It lasted for a few minutes before disappearing. Does this normally happen after beating bosses and I never noticed or what?

The HP Leech icon also appears if you have Arstors Spear equipped

Not sure this is true of all Reapers, but when landing at least 2 standard attacks in a row with Friede's Scythe, I noticed the Attack Up icon on my buff bar.

whenever i hold a lothric knight long spear it gives me an icon not on this list

I feel like this should include the fact that a maximum of 14 icons can be displayed at once
For resistance up you forgot to put Wolf Knight's Greatshield

I know it's a tad pedantic, but shouldn't it be stamina *regen* up rather than just stamina up?

You see the level sync icon if you use a password to bypass the normal level ranges. this page should be updated to remove the uncertanty in its description.

Also, for Defense Up, the Dragon Tooth should be included. It raises my magic absorption by +9 and my fire absorption by +7, when I am wearing Havel's armor (don't know if the armor your wearing while holding it makes a difference). But if you look at its description, it says that the Tooth increases magic and fire absorption. And the Defense Icon pops up when you are holding it.

How did you manage to make these appear? Did Limit Breakers help?

I've had a icon like a blue torso and a yellow line crossing it playing with friends via password matchmaking. We play as premade 4 and some of us happen to have it at some times. It might even appear next to the name of the player. What does that status mean?
None of the status effects like poison, toxic, curse, etc. are listed, and as a relatively new player I don't know the difference between those three symbols so when running around in Consumed King's Garden I don't know if touching the ground is gonna give me a manageable dose of poison I can ignore, or if it's gonna kill me instantly. Why are so many of the most important status effect icons conspicuously missing?
