"The signature flame-manipulating spell common to pyromancers. Hurls a giant fire orb.
The blazing fire orb explodes on impact, dealing fire damage to the surrounding area.
They say that once a pyromancer learns this spell, their understanding of the flame deepens, together with a yearning for it.

- Bought from: Cornyx of the Great Swamp for 3000 souls after giving him Great Swamp Pyromancy Tome
Notes
- Deals (spell buff x 2.25) damage on a direct hit and (spell buff x 2.10) damage with the blast.
- The projectile is fairly slow with a very wide arc that can cover some distance if aimed properly.
- This spell is an upgrade to Fireball.

This pyromancy may not do as much damage as the higher tier ones, but it's got one of the best damage per FP ratios and only takes one slot. If you have low attunement, and need to save on slots, this will take you far, especially if you're trying to push your FP bar down as low as possible, helping to avoid overfilling your FP bar.
After leaving High Wall I would strongly suggest go straight to free cormyx and just leg it and get the Swamp tome, this spell is so good you don't have to rely on your sword anymore. Even if you die picking up the tome you still get the tome.

Casts very fast, probably only spell that let's play pure caster builds, damage scales almost linearly with stats growth.

seems exactly the same as fire ball, but with 4 more fp and a bit more damage
