Winged Spear is a Weapon in Dark Souls 3.

A long-hilted spear with winged lugs. Long reach, and can be used with shield up. Spear attacks are centered on thrusting, but can inflict high damage when timed with the end of an enemy's swing.

Skill: Charge
Hold spear at waist and charge at foe. Use strong attack while charging to extend the length of the charge.

Notes and Tips:

Can be Infused and Buffed.
Reinforced with Titanite.
Receives an S scaling in Strength and Dexterity when infused with a Heavy and Sharp Gem respectively.

Parameter Bonus: Strength, Dexterity,Magic, Fire, Lightning and Dark bonuses - The scaling multiplier applied to the [Attack: stat]. Scaling quality is from highest to lowest as follows: S/A/B/C/D/E.The higher the player's [Str, Dex, Mag, Fire, Light] stat, the higher the [Attack Bonus: Stat] is (found on the player status screen). The higher the scaling letter, the higher the percent multiplier applied to the [Attack: Stat].This resulting bonus damage is added to the base physical damage of the weapon and is shown in the equipment screen in blue numbers as a "+ X".
Durability: The weapon's HP, when the durability hits 0, the effectiveness of its attacks become weakened to the point of almost uselessness. When an items durability is low, a message will come up saying "Weapon At Risk!" at this point the weapon does not perform at it's best.
Weight: How much the item weights when equipped.
Stability: How well the player keeps stance after being hit
Attack Type: Defines what kind of swing set the weapon has: Regular(R), Thrust(T), Slash(Sl), Strike(St)

  It S scaling when Heavy infused on the table, but AR calculators say that its damage is 329, which is kinda ****. Which to trust?

  It's too small. I think they shrank down the model or didn't scale the size from DS1/DS2 properly. Not only does it look like it has the thickness of a toothpick in your hands, but it has the range of one too. The regular spear, the partizan, and the pike also suffer from this issue.
  
  Also, it would've been nice to have Shield Splitter instead of Charge.

  This weapon... exists. Remember in ds2 how they give you a lightning infused one for free just to get you to put down your murakumo and try it out? Fun times. Still pretty obscure

  It now go an S scaling in strength (not joking) at +10 when infused with heavy gem. Getting 175 + 251 AR at 66 strength 1H.

  Yes, this seems to be an overlooked gem. Awesome for casters. Faith or Int builds can use this with very little investments and it isn't super heavy and gets S scaling in INT/FAITH with crystal/lightning infusions respectivly. I use it on my 99 faith build, and OMG with how terribly broken the tracking is in this game, you can quite literally 2hr1 poke for days against many players and the lightning damage chews thru their HP and shield. If they try to roll around to punish you or dodge it'll auto track and hit them. It honestly feels cheap how easy it is. In dks2 you spam r1 on a spear it is so easy to miss, as it should be. But you have to know when to do it. If you see any kind of parry tool, then it's time to roll bait them to parry like they think yoU're gonna do a roll attack, but instead use lightning stake or lightning storm or miracle of your choice to punish.

  I've loved this weapon since dark souls 1, it's got decent reach and decent damage, although it's easily out classed by other Spears. But that just makes it that much more satisfying when you win with this weapon. It's my go to PvP and I love it in PvE, nothing will everify tear this weapon from my hands.

  It gets D/C/B/B up to +7 with dark infusion.At +8 it goes to D/C/A/AIt seems with Chaos infusion it has D/C/A/A at +7 though

  Relatively low stat requirements, great scaling and good poke. This + fire surge is a great way to troll those pesky invaders and waste their time!

  I tested the Attribute bonus and at +6 the Refined Winged Spear has a str at B and Dex at B.
