Black Eye Orb is a Consumable in Dark Souls 3.

Arcane orb left on Rosaria's corpse.

Have faith her soul can be retrieved, by invading
the world of her killer, and returning victorious.

The Black Eye is proof of vengeance, but often
appears serene as it casts its gaze toward Irithyll.

      i don't have the Cracked Black Eye Orb and I am at the end of NG. I also didn't see Sirri after I tried leveling up in Rosaria's for the rest of the game. I have Leonard's set and the Curved Moon Sword and talked with him outside the bed chamber but no black eye orb in my inventory, only the red eye one. I've finished everything in the game and there's not really anything left to do, but there's no Black Eye Orb anywhere.

        I totally forgot I had this thing the first time I played and almost had a heart attack when the message saying the Black Eye Orb started quivering popped up. I thought my game was possessed, lmao.

          Wait a second... Crescent Moon Blade is a type of Shotel (item description said so). Leonhard can be killed by using the Black Eye Orb. Near the hall where two giants stood with a silver knight archer in Dark Souls 1... This is a cycle of Lautrec, isn't it?

            If you have this thing equipped in your toolbelt or one of those quickslots, her soul will take its place

              I killed Sirris as I saw her first after first talking to Anri. Then I came to Rosaria and gave her 30 tongues. After that I spoke to Leonhard and got the red eye orb. After talking to him in Rosarias chamber and reloading she's still alive and there's no black eye orb.. wtf?!

                Spoke to Lronhard in Rosaria's chamber, gave her a tongue, whatever. Leonhard is missing and Rosaria's is still alive, no idea what to do next...

                  You can use it in Gwynavere's room after Aldrich Devourer of gods boss (Anor Londo) just get behind him spiral elevator and you can use it there :)
