Stone Flesh is a Skill in Dark Souls 3.
Weapons That Have Stone Flesh
Notes & Information
- Functions more or less exactly like Iron Flesh pyromancy with a different visual effect, covering the user in rocky protrusions instead of gaining a metallic sheen.
- Costs 16 FP per use, but can be used with at least 8 FP remaining.
- With no armor, it raises physical absorb by +40% but reduces lightning absorb by -60%, and its effectiveness is lessened when wearing armor. It also makes being stunned or knocked down almost impossible.
- Even if you are wearning no armor, the skill will always reduce your movement into a slow walk.
- The Lingering Dragoncrest Ring will actually increase the duration (+2 will increase the duration from 23 seconds to 31 seconds). This is odd because the Lingering Dragoncrest Ring doesn't work with any other Weapon Art.

i know it doesnt stack with iron flesh but can it stack with other buffs like Carthus Beacon?
Does this ability stack with Iron Flesh, or do they cancel each other?

(Testing without armor with 0 absorption) not only does this increase all physical absorption to 40.000 this also lowers lightening absorption to -60.000

If you use Havel's shield anyway then this is far superior due to the substantially lower FP cost, however, it doesn't look as cool as iron flesh.

Fixed issue where skills could be performed even when a certain amount of FP was not available.http://www.playstationlifestyle.net/2016/06/09/dark-souls-3-update-1-08-today-fixes-issues-adjusts-weapons/
I fought someone using this WA with Yhorm's Greatshield and probably the Cathedral Knight GS, which doesn't make sense. After he rage-quit and a few other matches later, I realized he was probably a hacker. Still he got his ass handed to him, because I was using a lightning-infused whip lol
