Was in a fight club today, and my opponent spent a solid twenty seconds buffing up before the fight. This, Lightning Blade, ashen chug, and then Tears, before (I think) using their chime WA for the regen.

It was fun running him over with a Greatlance lmao

If you buff a teammate with this, then put the sword away by swapping to a different weapon or two handing something else, does your teammate still have the buff, or is it only applied when the person buffing has it out after using the skill?

This comes nearly 1 year too late :D, but no it gives you no higher damage increase on buffed weapons
