How to play this build

If Intelligence and faith are going to be that high, then you can use all of the sorceries, hexes, miracles and pyromancies. Same Anon who posted about the Dark Hand.

Dark Hand is a great weapon to use with any Pyro build. It does amazing dark damage, scales with Intelligence and Faith, can one- or two-shot Lothric Knights before the Castle. One-shot because of backstabbing, two-shot because of just hitting with it.

at SL400 you shouldn't need a "build" as you can be about everything

So I’m new to the Ds games and not sure what all the skills are can someone tell me?

I'm a new player to the Dark Souls genre, I played through all but the DLC bosses of DS1 Remaster and moved onto DS3. Wow, the difficulty change from DS1 to DS3.... Anyway, gotta be really smart about allotting Estus until you get the Coal for the smithy to start building up the Chaos blade. Definitely a new player friendly build - only tough boss was The Old Demon King (Fire resilience). New player? Having trouble with all melee or all caster build? Try this build, for sure. I'm inexperienced so this will probably be critiqued, but: I went for Str and Dex first to fulfill the requirement of the Astora blade and help boost the early game melee damage since most early 1-handers scale with Str/Dex. Good luck! Hopefully you have an easier time than I do! :P

Made this but with the onyx blade cuz I like the weapon art

I wasnt sure about dex more then 12, but after 18 with this greatsword/Friede's Great Scythe life became easier

I am using this build right now but I’m wearing lighter helm, arms, legs to compensate for weight load. It’s a good build for a pyro

Its my first ever attempt at a dark souls game. I started building somewhat like this - right now i have basically no health but have the lowest requirements for astora's greatsword and am funneling the rest into int/faith. Currently at level 61, and since i picked up the best pyro fireball- the game has been easy. used raw astora's straightsword for most of the game and just made the switch to the chaos greatsword. Love this build. only problem is 2 shotted by most enemies so i try to keep my distance. if they get close to me. dodge + RB1 is pretty reliable. Overall id recommend this to a new player like me. Warning! I die aloooooot, but once you know who is coming at you it's simple

First time playing dark souls and im basing my build on this

For anyone seeing this now The Ringed City DLC changed the scaling for heaps of weps so astoras greatsword Only gets a C now.
I Think they buffed the Chaotic and Dark longsword imbues though thats what im doing with this build right now, OP as hell in PVE (I lag too much for PVP)
Sorry, i dont geht this build. With the equipiment of your choice your fatroll with over 70% equipload even with havels+2 and ring of favor+2. or do i miss anything here?

I'm working on a similar build but using milk ring to get dex to 18 to max health instead of sage ring
Honestly If you're a new player go find a strength build.
